Join in the festivities and honor Julia Child, join award-winning food writer, cookbook author, and chef, Pascale Beale, for a very special hands-on Mediterranean style cooking class, celebrating La Belle Provence.
This will be served with some of Pascale’s hand-made naturally leavened bread, and stories from her dinners with Julia.
This culinary experience lasts approximately 5.5 hrs (9:30 - 3:00pm) and includes a curated tour of the farmer's market where Pascale will introduce you to her favorite farmers and we will shop for the class, the cooking class, and a three-course lunch on the terrace.
