Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will automatically be added to Internet orders.
All of our products are shipped via FedEx Ground, or via US MAIL unless you have made other arrangements with Pascale's Kitchen directly. All our products are shipped from our California location. A majority of the items are in stock unless otherwise stated on the site. Most items ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The above charges do not include rush shipping. If two-day or overnight shipping is desired, please contact us for shipping charges. There is a minimum $15.00 surcharge per package if you wish to ship 2-day. We will calculate the charge based on location.
Return Policy
Pascale's Kitchen takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. We will send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase, less shipping charges, once we have the product back in inventory. If the returned product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.
Damaged Items
If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please check packaging on delivery for any damages and inform the delivery person. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for items reported beyond this time frame.
