Tomato-Lavender Jam
This is every one's favorite jam. We sell out of it every year and then every year we make more, only to sell out again. It's addictive. Try a little spread on toast with some goat cheese and you will have an easy appetizer that will delight everyone. Made from locally grown, organic tomatoes with lemon juice, lavender flowers and as little sugar as possible. Net: 9 oz
